COPYRIGHTS

✦ The character design will belong to you. However, the artwork produced does not. Make sure to credit me properly
✦ You may NOT claim the design as yours
✦ You may commission another artist to produce another artwork to use the design commercially.
✦If you want to resell the design as an adoptable, you have to buy the commercial license and the above conditions still apply. You are required to inform me if you resell the design so I can keep track of the owner. The buyer will also have to follow the conditions above

TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing art or design from me, you automatically agree to these terms. Repeatedly breaking my TOS, or committing a major violation will lead to you being blacklisted, meaning I will not allow you to commission anything from me. I have the right to modify these terms at any time.

GENERAL

✦ PLEASE GIVE ME A DEADLINES!!!
✦ I have the right to refuse any commission that I don't find it comfortable for me to work at.
✦ I retain all copyrights over my work, which include the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion.
✦ No NFTs / AIs.

FILES

✦ Sketch, Flat Color and Render confirmation before a final send off.
✦ Files will be sent via Drive as: PNG, transparent PNG, ZIP(for l2d models only).

REVISIONS

✦ I only give max.2 free revisons.
✦ +10% of price for minor revisions and +30% of price for major revisions.
✦ No Revisions after coloring process.

STYLES

✦ As I'm still an artist who's learning and finding experience, my style will constantly change through out the time.
✦ if you want a specific style of mine, please tell me!

PAYMENT

✦ Upfront payment or 50% before starting, 50% before finishing
✦ No refund unless I'm unable to finish the commission
✦ I only accept PayPal for international payment

POSTING ON SOCIALS

✦You may re-upload the work done for them to any site, as long as it is properly credited to me.
✦ Once a commission is completed, you may use it for personal use and/or commercial use(if you paid for it).
✦ You may not claim the work (art, design, etc.) to be your own.

WHAT DO I NEED FROM YOU?

✦ Character references of yours (character design, not images to be combined).
✦ If you send me images to be combined for your character, I'll count it as commissioning character design and will confirm it with you.
